REFUND POLICY

~ RETURNS: Will be accepted within 30 DAYS of the purchase date. Should a delivery take an unexpected delay, an exception may apply with proof of delivery. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs including insurance for returned items unless the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged during shipment.


~REFUNDS: For the price of the merchandise will be issued once it is returned to us and has been determined to be in its original, unworn, brand new condition.  In some cases, a non-removable tag may be attached to a jewelry item which must remain in place if the item is to be returned. If tags are removed and the item has signs of being worn, a refurbishment fee will be assessed and deducted from your expected refund.


~ EXCHANGES: Are accepted if an item does not fit as expected. We certainly understand sizing issues when shopping online; however, we discourage multiple exchanges within each month. Buyers are responsible for shipping charges in both directions for multiple exchanges within a 6 month period.   

 
SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ship all purchases within 3 business days after an order is placed with the exception of weekend or holiday shipments. Although we cannot control delays, we will contact you if any issues pertain to your shipment. We currently ship to any street address within the United States, however, any orders to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional fees. 

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: We value our customers and will always do our personal best for you. Due to the continuing Labor shortage in all areas of Shipping & Handling, we cannot guarantee that all packages will arrive within the expected due dates.  High Value packages must be registered-insured, so those types of shipments may require more time.

 

~ FOR STANDARD SHIPMENTS: All standard shipments within the United States are free of charge including insurance. Please see our Return Policy for all information regarding returns & refunds. 

~ FOR HIGH VALUE SHIPMENTS: All High Value shipments within the United States are free of charge including insurance. Please see our Return Policy for all information regarding returns & refunds. Should there be any reason that an additional charge is necessary; customer will be contacted prior to shipping.

~ EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND HANDLING:  All expedited shipping orders will be charged a flat fee of $35.00 regardless of the number of items. 

 

~ FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are not currently shipping outside the United States.  We welcome International purchases in the future and will make that known to our private mailing list once that service is open. If you would like to be a part of our mailing list, please use the sign up form provided.

SIZING & REPAIRS

For our unique one-of-a-kind designs, we use a standard ring size 7-7.5.  If you need a specific size, we normally charge a sizing fee between $75.00 - $100.00 for 1-2 sizes up or down. Due to the intricate details and workmanship of our designs, we do offer other sizing options if needed. We will do our best to fulfill your needs.  Repairs are per item and can be quoted as an approximate price until the item is received by our craftsman.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

While every effort is made to maintain strict inventory control, in the event an item is out of stock, we will be happy to refund the purchase price or work with you to find a comparable replacement. Thank you for your understanding.

PRICING CHANGES, SALES & PROMOTIONS

We reserve the right to change prices based on inventory.  In terms of sales & promotions, a price reduction may occur after a purchase has been made. We will honor the new price for 7 days after the date of the purchase and refund the difference.
